Hey lovely people!
I was thinking about starting this series and just post an ootd every once in a while so that you could kind of see what my style is like and maybe get some inspiration.
The weather in my city has been kind of tricky lately so no one really knows what to wear - ever.
I have been taking pictures of my outfits since monday and my original idea was to make and outfit of the week post but then I realized that it would be way to big and boring. So instead, I'm starting this series. Every once in a while I'll post an outfit that I wore so you guys can see it :)
Now onto the first one! Like I said above, the weather has been a mess. This was my outfit for Monday, and it was raining a lot that day.

This outfit is very simple but I love it a lot. My style is pretty weird so it can vary from grunge to soft grunge to girly in the same week. I like to say that I'm punk rock but I pretty much fail at it. - I've warned you before, my sense of humor is also weird.
So, since I don't really know how to get this post moving, I'll just start talking about my outfit. First: the jacket.

I am very much in love with this jacket! (I feel like I've said that a lot in this post omg) I have a feeling I'm going to be wearing this jacket a lot this Fall and Winter because it is actually so cosy and it also protects from the rain. I bought the jacket at Zara and it's from this year Fall and Winter collection. It cost me about 40€. The sizing in these jackets is kind of weird, considering they're pretty big. The idea is for it to stay baggy but the size difference is really big. My jacket is a size XS and I usually wear and M on Zara Jackets. I just thought I'd share that with you in case you were considering buying the jacket online.
This jacket is pretty roomy and has tons of pockets - with zippers because everyone needs pockets with zippers, let's be honest. The color is one of my absolute favorites even though in the pictures it's showing more black-ish, it's a pretty dark army green. It also has a hood, which comes in handy on rainy days. That was actually the reason I wore it to school on Monday. It was pouring rain when I left the house and I needed something more to protect me from it other than my umbrella. |
Now, onto the blouse I wore. This blouse is quite old and it is actually my mother's - don't tell anyone ahaha.
It's just a very simple white blouse but the stripe along the middle and the opening on the breast area make it unique. I wear it a lot because it goes well with pretty much everything.

Next: the jeans. These are one of my favorite pairs of jeans ever and I don't think I can make them justice with my writing. They are just plain black ripped skinny jeans but they are also so much more than that. They only have one knee ripped but I think that in this pair it makes them cuter than if they had two ripped knees. The rip goes just a little above the knee, and you can notice it when you're walking. As you can see in the picture I posted above when I was showing the blouse, the jeans are very high waisted. They hit right above your belly button and I find it very easy to wear crop tops with them.
I bought them on Stradivarious but I'm pretty sure you can get black ripped jeans everywhere nowadays ahaha.

Now, onto the boots. I love boots whether it's in the spring, in the fall or in the winter. The ones featured in this outfit are new. I bought them this month and I've already worn them a lot. They are from Seaside but a lot of stores have the same design boots if you just search for it. They're black ankle boots and they're made of leather. The heel isn't to high so if you don't feel comfortable wearing high heel boots these are perfect.
Last but not least, the jewelry. The jewelry I wear is always very simple, because I have some pieces that I wear everyday no matter what.
So this is pretty much all the jewelry I wear every single day, even though the watch may vary. The bracelet and the rings are from Pandora and they're all still available for sale, considering none of them was limited edition. The watch is from Michael Kors and it's just black with rose gold details. Rose gold and silver are pretty much my favorite in what comes to jewelry and if you stick around my blog you'll realize that quickly.
Anyways guys, that is my post for today. I hope you enjoyed taking a peak at my style and feedback would be lovely.
This is an awfully long post but I hope you've read through it all anyway.
As always, pics are all mine so please don't steal them. I am very proud of them ad they took a lot of work :)
Stay cool,
Rach.
